These terms govern your registration for and attendance at the Group Practice Scaling Summit (the "Summit"), operated in connection with TheraSaaS. By purchasing a ticket or registering, you agree to these terms.
1. Registration & tickets
Tickets are sold for the dates and location stated at the time of purchase. Registration is personal to the purchaser and each named attendee; tickets may not be resold. We may require proof of identity at check-in.
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are processed through our payment provider. Early-bird and promotional pricing is available only during the stated window and may end without notice. Your purchase is complete when payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
3. Refunds & transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee by contacting us before the event. Refund eligibility, if any, will be described at the point of sale and in your confirmation. Where a refund is offered, processing fees may be non-refundable.
4. Schedule changes
The agenda, speakers, and sessions are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the program as described, but speaker substitutions or schedule adjustments do not entitle attendees to a refund.
5. Code of conduct
We are committed to a respectful, professional environment. We may remove, without refund, any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, harassing, or unsafe.
6. Photography & recording
The Summit may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in event recaps and marketing. Attendees may not record sessions for redistribution without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The Summit and its organizers are not liable for personal travel costs, lost or damaged property, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your attendance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
